1. Informational and advisory services only.
Curaview Health LLP operates as an online healthcare facilitation and advisory platform. The information, guidance, and opinions provided by our consulting physicians are intended solely for educational and informational purposes to support your decision-making. They do not constitute a definitive medical diagnosis or an absolute treatment plan.
2. Remote assessment — no physical examination.
All opinions are formulated on the basis of the medical records, reports, history, and information you provide, together with any remote consultation. Because our doctors do not conduct a physical in-person examination, these opinions are inherently limited and cannot replace an in-person clinical assessment by a treating physician.
3. Opinions are guideline-based but not guaranteed.
Our consultants base their opinions on recognised national and international clinical guidelines and current medical evidence, and can provide references on request. Medicine involves uncertainty and no specific outcome, result, or cure is promised or guaranteed.
4. Exercise of patient discretion.
Payment is for professional time and review, not for a particular outcome. You must not start, stop, or change any treatment based solely on a Curaview opinion without first discussing it with your primary treating physician. You remain free to seek further opinions at any time.
5. Not for emergency medical care.
This service does not handle medical emergencies, acute illness, or life-threatening situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not wait for an online response. Go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency department or contact local emergency services.
6. Accuracy of information you provide.
The quality of any opinion depends entirely on the completeness and accuracy of what you submit. Curaview Health LLP and its consultants are not responsible for opinions affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information, or for decisions made to self-treat contrary to this advice or your treating doctor's guidance.
7. Data privacy and your consent.
Your records are confidential. By submitting them you consent to their review by Curaview Health's consulting physician and to sharing, only where clinically necessary, with the specific consultant assigned to your case. Your data is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Medical documents you upload are stored securely and permanently deleted after 30 days. The written opinion is retained in Curaview Health's secure clinical records system. Access is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. You may request access to or deletion of your records by contacting our Grievance Officer.
8. Scope and right to decline.
Curaview Health LLP may decline or refer a case outside its consultants' current expertise, and may involve a trusted external specialist for super-specialist matters such as oncology.
9. Compliance.
This service operates in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 and applicable Indian law.
10. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
