Submit your request
Create your account, tell us your main concern and questions, and securely upload any relevant records — doctor's notes, prescriptions, lab and imaging reports, discharge summaries.

Choose your consulting physician
Browse our doctors and select the consultant you'd like to review your case. Not sure who to choose? Our Family Medicine physician is a good place to start if your concern spans multiple conditions or you'd like a general overview first.

Case review
Your chosen consultant reads your records carefully and may ask for anything that's missing so the opinion is as useful as possible.

Consultation
A 30-minute consultation with your chosen physician — video preferred, or phone if you prefer.

Your written opinion
Within 48 hours of your consultation, you receive a clear written opinion prepared by your consulting physician, sent directly to your registered email address in PDF format. It covers what was assessed, the clinical view, and references to medical guidelines where helpful.
48-hour written opinion
Once your consultation is complete, your written opinion is delivered within 48 hours. If we need more records or an external specialist, we'll tell you promptly.
Private and secure by default
Files are stored privately. Access is limited to the doctor reviewing your case, only when clinically necessary, handled with strict confidentiality and access controls.
